When Jesus healed individuals during His ministry, He sometimes healed them in public and sometimes healed them in private. In this way the church in community serves to bring others to Christ so that a personal connection between Christ and each individual can be made. Let us hold fast to the communal and private moments of our faith journey — both vital and necessary!
