The Book of Matthew brings us to the Sermon on the mount…and a list of blessing that may seem archaic to modern ears, but to the listeners of the day it was very familiar. As we reflect on what these blessings mean to us today, we see how each blessing reaches us wherever we are and promises the greatest blessing of all.
